Congratulations to Nuba team for winning 2019 The Two Sudan Soccer Tournament. It was a tough tight game with Jamus team pressing in with huge expectations from the community. Jamus played extensively well but overpowered by Nuba team that were strategically placed and balanced in their positions in the field.
The South Sudanese community in Western Australia under leadership of AKuot Aciek Akuot has emerged strongly advocating and managing the affairs of South Sudanese residents in WA efficiently and practically providing better services to community members. This is the first time ever a community has gained great reputation across Perth metropolitan councils and within private and governmental institutions and became institutionally recognised across broader spectrum.
The Two Sudan Cup was extensively organised by South Sudanese volunteers, funded and sponsored by South Sudanese Community Association of Western Australia. This is such an overwhelmingly youth empowerment project that have yielded fruitful objectives and has positively created huge awareness and hope for futuristic youth opportunities. Such milestones are not easy to be completed by title leaders, these are practically seen in leaders that have puts their community as a priority, driven by challenging tasks and objectively oriented to deliver tangible solutions.
Congratulations team SSCAWA for setting community footprints in every door in WA. Huge appreciation goes to City of Wanneroo for supporting the event, the city is the diehard supporter of African community and South Sudanese community all time.
Lastly, excellent support out there from African WA community president #Joe for standing with SSCAWA leadership.
Thank you all for coming out to support our boys.
